Planning a successful philanthropy event is no easy task so the Foundation has compiled event resources to help chapters along the way!
We encourage Alpha Phi chapters to utilize the tools, programs and procedures below as you prepare for your events. It’s important to remember, though, that your best resources are people! Work with your chapter’s members and advisors to ensure that your event is as smooth and success as possible.
Blackbaud MobilePay Devices
Using the Blackbaud MobilePay app and reader will allow your chapter to accept and process credit card transactions through a phone or tablet! Get your MobilePay device event-ready and order more readers now!
Red Dress Pins
Each year collegiate chapters are eligible to receive 100 complimentary Red Dress Pins from the Foundation. Wear your pins and give them to attendees to help spread awareness of Alpha Phi’s philanthropic efforts on campus.
Community Contribution Program
Alpha Phi Foundation’s Community Contribution Program allows Alpha Phi chapters to request a portion of their event proceeds go directly toward a program or cause that is especially meaningful to them.
Donation Policies & Procedures
All check and cash donations should be sent to the Foundation with a Donation Cover Sheet. Download it here and be sure to read over the policies and procedures before you start collecting donations!
Don’t hang up your coat yet! There’s still work to be done after the last attendee leave the venue, like writing thank you notes and sending in-kind gift receipts to donors!
