2021 Heart to Heart Grant Finalists

Alpha Phi Foundation awards an annual $100,000 Heart to Heart Grant to fund innovative, state of the art projects that address the need for specialized care and/or education to advance women’s heart health.

With the specialized expertise and dedication of our volunteer Medical Readers and our Heart to Heart Advisory Council, we have carefully reviewed all proposals. We are excited to announce this year’s top 5 Heart to Heart Grant Finalists. Alpha Phi Foundation will announce the Heart to Heart Grant Recipient in late February 2021.

Women’s Heart Health Program

Through donors’ generosity, Alpha Phi Foundation granted over $1.3M to heart health-focused projects and organizations through the Heart to Heart Grant. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for women in North America. For 28 years, the Heart to Heart Grant has invested in female-focused cardiovascular research and educational initiatives through its annual Heart to Heart Grant. Learn more about the Women’s Heart Health Program.
